Custom SSL Location

I have to replace my SSL certs on the controller with newer certificated but cannot seem to get it to work. It says it imported to the keystore and yet the old cert still exists. Even after i have deleted the /var/lib/unif/keystore file and rebooted (windows admin habit). Are the certs cached somewhere else also?
